Zohar
The name Zohar means ‘bright’. Someone said to be bright usually is considered to be very smart in some way. Or at least cheerful, lighting up the room when they enter it because of their wonderful personality. Zohar has been put here on this sometimes dark and dreary world to be a bright and shining example of God’s love and glory. After her whole heart and soul has been given over to the will of the Lord Jesus Christ to mold unto His likeness then the world in which Zohar lives will be benefited.
Zohar may be a great ruler or queen, president of a great company known by many great and small. She may be a friend of many, mother of a few. However or whatever, she brightens up the life of most anybody who comes in contact with her. Zohar is destined for splendor; she will indeed, in some way at some time, if only for a fraction of space in time do something truly grand or magnificent. In God’s name she will achieve great fame and glory. This is not said to puff her up to make her think more highly of her self than she ought. She is overwhelmed at times by the many calls on her life, time and resources. These people who have such a need of her may have a hard time seeing His glory on her life while at the same time it seems that she is the answer for everything.
What is this great thing for which He called her? Who knows? But as Zohar continues to give her heart to the Lord and to seek His face it will happen; perhaps without her being aware of it. For Jesus himself testified, that a prophet hath no honor in his own country. John 4:44. However God always gives her the strength and grace to do all that she is called upon to do.
Proverbs 31:29 Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all.
