Yan, God's gracious gift

Yan

The name Yan means 'God's gracious gift'. The word 'gift' here has to do with the spiritual gifts mentioned in the book of Galatians in the Bible. It deals with the abilities and talents the Lord gives this man. When Shane gives his heart to the Lord Jesus Christ and allows the Master to mold him into His image he then becomes a gift to the body of Christ. A gift that is indeed a very useful tool to help build up the church of God.

Yan is one who is a 'jack of all trades' because he can do so many different things, and do them well. Not just in the physical sense either, all though it can be applied that way. Usually, it means that if someone is needed to support and lift you up in times of need and or in the day-to-day way of life, he's there. Yan can be called on when you really need help in a tough situation making a moral decision, helping out when your need someone else to just be there with you or to just be there when you need someone when you are down and out. He is that kind of guy.

In the physical realm Yan is the man you call on when you need something done, done right, and right away. He is not a slacker. He is a right hand man especially when a hand is needed. You can depend on him; Yan is a friend when a friend is needed.
