Wayne

The name Wayne means ‘wagon’ which interpreted means ‘burden bearer’. Looking in the dictionary we find that a burden can be a load, not easily borne, or a wearing, difficult concern. To bear means to carry, put up with something or somebody unpleasant; or take on, as one's own, the expenses or debts of another person.  When Wayne gives to the Lord the burden of his sins that weigh him down he is freed to help others to do the same.

There are those in this world who do not feel that they are in need. They are not aware that they are bent over from the load that they are carrying. In fact, if they did find themselves in need, they would never ask for help because they are so self-sufficient. Wayne seems to find these people and works his way into their lives and eventually their hearts.

Wayne has a desire to help his brothers and sisters as well as those who do not know the Lord at all. In fact, he seems to derive much pleasure in helping those who seem to have no use for God at all. He knows that Jesus did the same when He walked here on Earth and it yielded great results. Wayne will have a rich reward for his work in heaven if not in the here and now. But that is not what he is striving for. In fact he is not really even trying to be such a good person. This is just the nature God has placed in Wayne and we are the recipients.

Gal 6:2 Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.
