With Jesus as his Guide, Scott does not wander; he knows where he is going and how to get there. Outwardly Scott may appear to be restless, with out any true focus in his life. However God allows some of His children to just kind of tag along with Him until they 'see' the true path in life on which they are to walk. Tagging along with God is a learning experience, for by walking with Him Scott has gained a definite purpose in and for his life. In this walk through life Scott doesn't seem to meet many strangers. He just moseys along, taking up with whomever the Lord happens to place in his path. Jesus never turns away any who want to come along with Him and therefore Scott learns to accept any and all who come his way also. He makes many friends and forms deep, loving and lasting relationships. When he does latch onto a friend, in the same way that Christ latched onto him, Scott is there, through thick and thin. Scott does not claim to be a leader of any but he does lead, by his example. In doing so he will not lead anyone astray. He is a friend, just as Jesus is the Friend of friends, Who sticks closer than a brother. Col. 1:10 . . . walk worthy of the Lord . . . increasing in the knowledge of God.
