To be captivating means to be able to influence and or even dominate others by some special charm, art, or trait and with an irresistible appeal. This is what God has called Reba to do; win others over to love and serve the Lord Jesus Christ. By being in close contact with her God, Reba has been captivated by His love and grace. She is so filled with His presence that she wants to share it with all she knows and those she meets up with in her life. God has caused Reba to be like a female Tom Sawyer, in a sense. What ever she does seems to be so much fun and interesting that others want to do what she does, have what she has. This is the charismatic charm with which the Lord has infused her life. Even if her life is filled with suffering and hard times, Reba still manages to make the way she survives it all and still hold her head up to be an easy thing to do, nothing to be afraid of. This is the way Reba 's life appears to others, easy. Something to be admired and emulated. Reba does not have a practiced art or anything of her self to give to others. She only has what the Lord has given her. This 'something' that the Lord has given her is what draws others to her and ultimately to the Lord. Act 11:23 Who. . . had seen the grace of God, was glad, and exhorted them all, that with purpose of heart they would cleave unto the Lord
