Olive

               The name Olive means 'peace'.  Webster's dictionary defines the word peace as a state of quiet or tranquility; freedom from disturbance, agitation or war. According to the Bible dictionary the word peace means welfare, health, prosperity and friendship. Olive, when she has given her heart and soul to the Lord Jesus Christ, becomes an ambassador from God.  She is to spread the Good News to those who God has placed in her life who need the peace of God that comes from His Great Salvation.

             Olive is a peace loving woman. She is not one to cause strife and does not want to be around it when it is caused by others either. She is usually the peacemaker and will do almost anything to stop an argument.  This may make her seem to be a rug to be walked upon because she would rather just not fight about things.  According to her, rarely is anything worth getting in an uproar over.

              However, when Olive has had enough, she has had  enough.  If it is necessary, Olive is more than able and willing to fight whatever or whoever she has to. She will find a way to stop whatever is disturbing her peace. She will make peace happen if it means she has to fight to get it. As an ambassador of peace from God she has learned to fight these battles on her knees.
