A mother is the female parent of children. Therefore a grandmother is a very good or wonderful female parent. She is like a mother but better is some ways; older, wiser and more experienced. Some kids call their grandmother "Nanny".Nanny is a great cook and she likes to cook the things little boys or girls like to eat. She also likes to have 'company' when she goes to the store to help her shop. Nanny even lets her grandchild help her pick out a toy once in a while. But most of all, Nanny likes to hug and sing songs. Nanny gives the best hugs and she sings the sweetest songs. She is a good teacher about how to love.
