Lupe

The name Lupe means 'bitter' and comes from the spice myrrh which when tasted is bitter. However, when myrrh is burnt upon an alter it releases a sweet smelling fragrance.  When Lupe gives her heart to the Lord Jesus Christ she is then able to allow Him to help her turn the bitter things that come into her life into a loving sacrifice unto Him. This decision is what is a sweet smelling fragrance unto God.  .

Lupe may not have any more problems in her life than the rest of us but the way she handles these problems is different.  It has been said that life's experiences either make one bitter or better. Lupe chooses to let them make her better.

Lupe is like a ray of sunshine in an otherwise dreary world.  She can make hamburger seem like steak and turn the dullest of times into a time of introspection.  She can cause what may look like a mountain to most of us seems like just a big hill. This is what Lupe 's life is all about.

Romans 12:1   . . .present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God. . .
