The name Louize means 'famous warrior'. God's Word says for us to fight the good fight. This kind of fighting usually deals with the war that is being waged in the heavens with the principalities of the air. Louize, as a born again believer in the Lordship of Jesus Christ, is brought to the battlefront by the Lord Himself.  However, the Lord was not satisfied to cause Louize to be only a warrior; when she goes into her prayer closet to wage war on her knees the enemies of the Kingdom tremble! She is no ordinary fighter. You and I know her as the sweet sister in church or the neighbor down the street or the clerk in your favorite department store. But this truly just a disguise with which the Lord hides his beloved one. There is a song some years ago, the title “The Warrior is a Child” sung byTwila Paris in 1984. This song’s lyrics truly describes Louze. She does go to her closet to pray and wage the good war but also to crawl into her loving Saviors arms to be realed and refreshed for the next battle.

Louize probably seems to be a plain ordinary woman on the surface. This is how the Lord would have her appear.  However, this real woman of the spirit realm, Louize, is one with whom no one would want to fight. This is because she fights the ‘good fight’ as the Bible calls it. One would think that being called a warrior would make her to be one who looks for a fight, even be argumentative in order to just start one. You find people all the time who, because they have studied God’s Word and feel they know more than the average Joe, will start a ‘debate’ as they call it which will often end in a fight. This is not of God. Iron sharpens iron as it says in Prov. 27:17 and this comes from talking about and teaching God’s Word with others. Most likely this is where Louize excels.

She is not a saint who does no wrong and neither is she one who always does what is right. After all she is human. The Lord sees past the outer shell of her human body into her spirit and soul where her 'real man' lives.  And when Louize gets alone with Him, seeking His will, He reveals to her what battles to fight and when and where and with whom. However, most, of not all of these battles are fought with the evil one who loves to try to make her look like a fool. She is, however, a woman of strong convictions based on the Truth. So long as Louize lives by and follows this Truth, she will continue to be a mighty woman of valor, where it counts, in the sight of the Lord.

Psa. 144:1 Blessed be the LORD my strength, which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight:

I know that this is quite lengthy but sometimes I want to write everything God gives me about a person’s name and it is hard for me to cut it short. I guess if you get tired of reading it then you will just stop. Thanks for the patience.
